THE RULES

Every trail runs on the same three beats: choose a cache, find the spot, crack the code. Here's the long version.

21+ required

Who can play

21+ only, where legal. No sales, no purchase, no trades — FINDMYLOUD is a game, and everything staged on a trail is placed for the hunt.

One account, one player. Sharing codes or reselling anything you find gets you pulled off the trail.

Choosing a cache

Every active cache on the site shows its game type — Open Trail, Long Game or Dinner Event — plus the clue attached to it: trivia, a photo, a riddle, or raw coordinates.

Pick one and it's live for you. Caches that have been claimed go dark on the map so nobody walks out to an empty spot.

Open Trails

Short-term caches, always out there and replenished. Read the clue, work out the location, and search the spot — sometimes it's sitting in plain sight, sometimes it takes a second look.

Inside every Open Trail cache is a deactivation code. Enter it on the site to close that trail out. That's how the map stays honest.

The Long Game

Multi-day, multi-step hunts that open a clue at a time. Some steps ask you to stand at a location and submit a photo — your GPS confirms you're there, and the next clue unlocks.

These caches carry the weight. Inside you'll find two codes: a deactivation code to close the trail, and a redemption code, because the full haul doesn't fit in a box in the ground.

Dinner Events

Sit down, eat, play the room. At the end of the night everyone at the table gets a code. The next morning at 4:20 the hunt opens.

Dinner hunts can be run in groups, and the piles are the biggest ones we stage. Same code rules apply: deactivate, then redeem.

Redeeming your finds

We don't leave cannabis sitting in a cache. Boxes in the ground get tampered with, weathered, or emptied before you arrive, so caches hold codes — never product. Every find is logged to your profile and you collect the actual haul on your terms.

Same-day redemption. Once you've cracked a cache, open the internal messenger on your profile and send the crew a redemption message. We coordinate the hand-off and your product reaches you within four to five hours of the find.

Weekly group pickup. Prefer to collect in person? Hold your finds on your profile and come to the weekly group pickup. The date is always listed on the trail calendar — show up that day and walk out with everything you've earned.

Either way, redemption is members-only and runs through your profile. No account, no hand-off — the trail is closed to anyone outside the club.

Trail etiquette

Put everything back the way you found it. Don't dig, don't damage property, don't hunt anywhere you wouldn't stand comfortably in daylight.

If a cache is missing or a location has gone bad, report it instead of leaving it live for the next player.

Membership & 420 Fraternity

When you accept these rules and the safety policy, you aren't just opening an account — you become a probationary member of 420 Fraternity, Psi Sigma Sigma Delta Inc., for as long as you hold the account. FINDMYLOUD operates as a social club under IRS tax code 501(c)(7), the same carve-out that governs fraternities and private membership clubs.

Your membership is what lets you receive what's staged on a trail. It's non-transferable, it runs with your account, and it ends when you close the account or break the rules above. No part of the club is for sale and nothing on a trail is a commercial transaction — it's all placed for members to hunt.

The $50/month full member rate doubles as your fraternity due. It funds the club's resources — the trails, the dinners, the vending machine network and everything staged on a hunt — and keeps your membership active for the month.

If a member chooses and is approved, the $50 membership can be upgraded to a full fraternity membership at $150/month. Full fraternity membership unlocks additional club resources, deeper access and other fraternity-level privileges beyond the standard trail. Upgrades are offered when available and at the fraternity's discretion.

Most and all of the cannabis products placed across the 420 geocache ecosystem — the open trails, the long game hauls, the dinner event piles, the vending machine stock, the rally prizes — are made in-house by the fraternity. Raw ingredients are acquired, then the product is created, made and packaged up in-house for the games. Nothing is purchased from a third party as finished product. This is part of the evidence of an internal ecosystem of the fraternal order: the same hands that run the club also produce what's staged on a trail, so what you hunt is made by the fraternity, for the fraternity.
